PHINMA Core Value: Competence
Outwit, outplay, outlast – the theme for this year’s leadership conference was Survivor Camp! Last January 7-9, 2017, the PHINMA National Scholarship (PNS) held its annual leadership conference in the International Institute for Rural Reconstruction, Silang, Cavite.
During the three-day conference, scholars of PNS and Mariposa Foundation, Inc., went through various challenges and activities that focused on key concepts such as mindfulness, problem solving, innovation, decisiveness, and optimism. Together they learned about the value of competence in personal development and leadership.
The conference was facilitated and organized by the members of the PHINMA National Scholarship Alumni Association.
